A VISION FOR GRCC
Every person who has served as a trustee for Grand Rapids Community College promises to uphold the mission and vision of GRCC. Brandy believes in the college's vision: to provide relevant educational opportunities that are responsive to the needs of the community and inspires students to meet economic, social, and environmental challenges to become active participants in shaping the world of the future.

Brandy will leverage her experience and relationships on behalf of you in the following ways:

She will always be accountable, reachable via e-mail at anytime to hear your concerns and make sure that you are heard.

She will make sure the college is transparent in all of its activities, so that you as a taxpayer understand how your tax dollars are being spent.

She will support innovation in higher education, making sure the college is pursuing new and effective ways of supporting the students in our community.
​
COVID-19 has illuminated just how connected we are to one another. The pandemic highlights a fundamental principle: we need to honor each other and recognize our connectivity. If we care about students, we must care about the adults whom strive to care for them and support them. There is no way one can be separated from the other. This pertains to students and their support systems outside of learning spaces. This is also about caring for the HUMANS that care for students in learning spaces.
